Seasonal Checklist

Get your home ready for FALL!

  • Clean out gutters from leaves and sticks. Make sure the downspouts carry water at least three feet away from the home.
  • Look for damage on siding, windows and exterior doors. Caulk areas around windows and doors where water can enter.
  • Replace furnace filter with a quality filter such as a micro-filter.
  • Check your fireplace. Ensure the damper is functional. Use a flashlight to inspect for loose or cracked bricks or signs of animal nests.
  • Review your garage door for damage. Ensure proper operation of the sensors, lubricate hinges before winter.
