Owner Steve Bredernitz is a lifelong resident of the Saline area with over 20 years of experience in home improvement and computer services.

Bredernitz Professional Services offers outstanding home improvement, maintenance and repair services.  Building projects include basement, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and a host of other home improvement services.

We specialize in small projects with a quick turn around time, yet we have the expertise to manage your larger projects as well. We pride ourselves on providing professional and dependable service to our clients at reasonable rates.

Customer satisfaction and attention to detail are our primary goals.

We also offer computer and network installation and maintenance for residential and small business clients. Prevention and removal of spyware and viruses, setup to the Internet via broadband and phone company services, and wireless network installations are just some of the services we offer.

Steve is a graduate of the Saline Leadership Institute, an organization that promotes professional growth, leadership skills and community development..

Steve has achieved the coveted CAPS (Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist) designation from the NAHB. This designation was developed by AARP in conjunction with the NAHB with the goal of training home improvement contractors about the unique needs of our aging population. After completing the three-day course, contractors are equipped with design guidelines that accommodate both the aesthetic and physical requirements for baby-boomers who want to remain in their homes as they age.

Steve has also achieved the CGP (Certified Green Professional) designation from the National Association of Builders and Remodelers.  This designation provides Bredernitz Professional Services with a thorough understanding of green building techniques and practices. 

Bredernitz Professional Services, Inc. is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Remodelers Council of the Builders & Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor, The Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti Regional Chamber and the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce.  Bredernitz Professional Services, Inc. is licensed and fully insured. Steve is a part-time instructor at Washtenaw Community College where he teaches kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling plus other construction classes.
